Services
All orders including tables and chairs must be delivered and picked up by Southern Events staff. Linens and small decorative items may be picked up at our warehouse location.
Delivery and pick up fees are based on mileage and order size.
1. Set up & Break down / Installation
If you order tables, chairs and/or linens, you may wish to have Southern Events staff set up and break down these items for you. This will be done at the time of delivery/pick up.
You are not responsible for cleaning dishes, glassware or linens. All items should be free from food or debris. Dishes and glassware should be returned to their original packaging. Linens should be placed in the red nylon bag provided upon delivery.
2. Delivery & Pick up

Delivery and pick up fees are based on mileage and order size. Locations outside of the immediate Nashville or Franklin area will be charged based on mileage.
If items are to be delivered or picked up after normal business hours, a late-night fee will be charged to the client. Please confirm delivery and pick up policies with your venue.
