Reservations are accepted by phone, fax or in person for items you wish to rent for your event.
Reservations are considered firm when a 50% deposit has been made. All prices are quoted for a one day charge. Rates
are based on time out and not time of use, whether items are used or not, we charge accordingly.
Items rented for weekend events (Saturday through Sunday) are considered one day rentals. Prices for delivery and rental
items are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received prior to delivery or pickup. We currently
accept cash or check unless other arrangements have been made.
Delivery and Pick-Up Service is available
for a nominal fee. Steps, elevators, or long walks will increase your delivery charge. Please inform us
of these conditions at the time of your reservation. Delivery staff is instructed to stack all items in a
mutually convenient place.
Our count of items is to be accepted upon delivery unless we are notified immediately.
All china, utensils, etc. should be rinsed and free of food to prevent staining and mildew. All items
including tables and chairs must be stacked and assembled at the drop off location and ready for pick up.
Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges. Please do not launder any of the linens. Linens
should be refuse free and dry to prevent staining and mildew.
Responsibility for Inventory: It is the customers
responsibility to return the inventory into the containers provided and have the inventory stacked and ready for
pickup. Please keep all rental items in a secure and dry place when not in use. We charge for broken, damaged,
missing and or chipped items.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your
reservation date to receive a full refund of your deposit. No decreases within the last 72 hours for all rental
items. No decreases on linen rentals 7 days prior to your event.
